The competition concerns a Framework Agreement for the delivery of multifunction machines (hire) and basic network printers (lease or purchase).
The main scope is multifunction machines. The objective of the Framework Agreement is to standardise the machine park, simplify operation, service and maintenance, and simplify administration and procurement. The value of the Framework Agreement is anticipate to be below 4 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The volume of printouts is estimated based on statistics (print volume of today's MFP).
The value of the Framework Agreement is based on fiscal figures for the procurement and operation of equivalent products from the same buyer group from previous years. Volume and value must therefore be considered as estimates, and are non binding. The Contracting Authority anticipates a significant annual savings due to the competition.

PGA of the municipal mergers 1.1.2020, it is anticipated that the number of machines shall be reduced.

Lots and alternative tenders

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but haves decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.
