The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a framework agreement on Microsoft software licenses with associated consulting. The framework agreement shall have a duration of 2 years from 1.5.2018 with a unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to extend the agreement for 1 year + 1 year.
The options will be automatically utilised, unless there is distinct notification of termination of the agreement, at the latest one month prior to the option period taking effect.
