A national procurement is being made for the first time for the procurement of medical furniture. This means that all the RHF are participating in the procurement. The procurement is divided into the following 15 lots:
1) Standard hospital beds;
2) Manual hospital beds;
3) Bedside tables;
4) Junior beds;
5) Standard mattresses;
6) Pressure relieving mattresses;
7a) Pressure changing mattresses, procurement;
7b) Pressure changing mattresses, hire;
8) Examination couches;
9) Sample taking chairs;
10) Dialysis chairs;
11) Technical aids for lifting persons;
12) Mobilisation chairs;
13) Wheelchair transport;
14) Equipment for showers and changing.
Tenders can be submitted for one, several or all lots. One contract will be awarded per lot, with the exception of lot 1 standard hospital beds, where parallel framework agreements will be signed with a maximum of two tenderers.
The contract period will be 01.09.2019 - 31.08.2021, with an option for an extension for 1 year at a time, up to 2 years.
