A new swimming pool shall be constructed at Manglerud school, as a replacement for the old swimming pool at the school. The plan is that Manglerud youth centre and Oslo School of Arts, which were housed in the primary school that has now been demolished in order to make room for the new swimming pool, will be co-located with the new swimming pool. The new building will have a footprint of approx. 2 400 m, with areas split over three floors. The total area is approxi. 6 270 m. The areas for Manglerud youth centre and Oslo School of Music and the Arts will altogether make up approx. 1 740 m. The swimming pool shall include:
