The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with a main bank. The objective of this procurement is to meet the contracting authority's need for bank and payment services. Further details are given in the tender documentation.
The contracting authority will start to implement, test, plan, etc, in spring 2019, and the work with the contract will continue until 31.12.2019. The tenderer will assist with this, as well as other work that the contracting authority needs assistance with, so that the service can be implemented and in operation from 1.1.2020. The contract will then be valid from 1.1.2020-31.12.2022 (3 years).
The contract can be automatically extended for 1 year at a time, limited up to 2 years, if the contracting authority does not give notice that they will not take up the option within 3 months of the contract period expiry date.
