This enquiry is for new production equipment and a system for furnishing the kitchen, except refrigeration and freezer room, which will be a included in the tender competition for the building. The current strength of the requested equipment is 230 volt.

The commercial kitchen will altogether have an area of approx.areal 488,5 m

Contract for commercial kitchen equipment comprises delivery, installation, commissioning and necessary daily use and maintenance training of personnel, as well as a 3 yearly service contract.

When the equipment supplier is selected, they must coordinate their deliveries with the turnkey contract for the construction project, both engineering design and implementation. The supplier will contribute with information and consultancy in accordance with placement. Connection etc. A price is given for hours and meetings in the price form.

A joint schedule will be developed for the project.
