Politiets fellestjenester

The customer needs legal services in all of the customer's primary areas with the exception of areas stated in the tender documents. The customer needs a service provider who can efficiently deliver high quality services and be a strategic consultant for the Customer in legal issues. The service provider must have the capacity to handle assignment on short notice and be able to handle multiple assignments of varying size at the same time.
There is a specific need for legal service in the following 2 primary areas:
— Primary area 1: Lease contracts for commercial property, construction contracts and VAT connected to this,
— Primary area 2: Public procurement, including ICT procurements and contracts (particularly the Government's Standard Terms and Conditions) and EU/EEA Law.
Further, there may be a need for consultancy in i.a. the following additional areas:
— Copyright and intellectual property rights,
— Dispute settlement and procedure,
— The Security Act and associated regulations,
— Aviation legislation.
