Kristiansand municipality, c/o the Engineering Department, shall procure up to 2 sludge vehicles.
Kristiansand municipality is concerned about green procurements and what environmental footprint our entity leaves.
The vehicles shall fulfil the emission levels in accordance with Euro 6 and they must be certified for using the latest generation of bio-diesel. The renewable biofuel in question must fulfil EN-15940 or more recent versions.
We are also concerned about the impact on the environment left by other equipment on the vehicles, such as noise and odour etc.
The sludge suction will consist of an assembly of the supporting chassis and the sludge suction aggregate, as well as any additional equipment. It is assumed that the vehicles in question will mainly be used for emptying private septic tanks and public interceptors for sludge in Kristiansand municipality.

The sludge vehicles must be suitable for Norwegian conditions and thereby fulfil Norwegian laws and regulations.
All deliveries must be CE marked and written instructions in Norwegian for the operation and maintenance must be attached.
The tenderer shall present a Declaration of Conformity in accordance with regulations when machines and security components are assembled. Reference is made here to the tenderer´s duties in the Working Environment Act and order no. 522 from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.

Tenderers must be able to obtain product and trade description documentation as required for all products covered by the tender. In particular information must be enclosed on the guarantee, service and maintenance conditions.
The contracting authority would like to have a demonstration and test drive of a test vehicle that is as identical as possible to the offered vehicle in order to assess the vehicle´s qualities.
We would primarily like to do this at our facility in Dalane in Kristiansand.
If there are other conditions/solutions than those in the delivery descriptions, which the tenderer believes are significant/ought to be considered, it is the tenderer´s duty to clarify and give information on this.
The delivery will not be deemed to be complete before it is assembled, test-driven and tested in accordance with the specifications/contract and all the required documentation has been handed over to the contracting authority.
The contracting authority can, after a tenderer has been awarded a contract, enter into a dialogue on the design of the body and any additional equipment.
