Kristiansund kommune

Negotiated procedure for a Framework Agreement for the hire of printers (MFPs), accessories and maintenance services for Aure, Rindal, Sunndal, Averøy and Kristiansund municipalities. Surnadal Municipality has an option to join the contract.
This is a competition with a pre-qualification. Sufficient information to qualify in a good and fair way is therefore required. Documentation confirming all the qualification requirements in the tender documentation Points 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3, must be attached to the request for qualification.
The requirement specifications and price matrixes are only attached as information and must not be filled in when requesting qualification.
After the first qualification round, all qualified tenderers will have the possibility to submit tender offers. All tender offers will be evaluated. The tenderers with the tree best offers will then be invited to negotiations.
The deadline to submit requests for qualification is Thursday 3.1.2019.

Kristiansund, Aure, Rindal, Sunndal and Averøy Municipalities would like to establish a framework agreement for the hire of printers, including maintenance services and accessories. Surnadal Municipality is also a potential participant in this contract and has an option to join the contract.

The contract will be set-up as “print as a service”. This means that the contract will include the delivery of printers and accessories with installation and commissioning in the Contracting Authority's network.
The contract will be set-up as a Framework Agreement over 3 years, with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.
The abovementioned municipalities currently have approx. 440 printers (MFPs) in the system. The estimated annual contract value can be approx. 4 500 000 NOK. The figure is, however, only based on previous statistics and is not binding in any way for the Contracting Authority.

Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, based on the set response time requirements for the different municipalities. The tender documentation describes how the delivery is to be split up.
Partial tenders:
Part 1, delivery to Averøy and Kristiansund Municipalities.
Part 2, delivery to Aure, Rindal and Sunndal Municipalities. Surnadal has an option to join.
The different parts will be assessed individually.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 22 500 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 36 måneder
