Mo i Rana — Expansion of the Operation Centre and New Sterile Centre.
The work consists of the renovation of existing technical plumbing installations on the 1st floor of the west wing, the operation department. Replacements and upgrades to technical plumbing installations connected to this area, including technical rooms on the roof in addition to work above the ceiling over level 1 of the west wing. There could also be some work with connections to existing technical plumbing installations elsewhere in the building. When renovating the drainage for the floors below (areas in operation), work will be required to protect equipment as well as work outside normal working hours. Necessary disconnections, demolition, disassembly, plugging, clearance and establishment of provisional installations are also included in this work.
All the installations in the new building, wing S are to be included in the work.
The work shall be carried out with continuous operation in parts of the building, so functions to the areas that are not directly effected shall be maintained.
