K3 The Sotra Connection, cable tunnels Breivik-Litlesotra

Cables shall be relaid on the stretch between Breivik and Litlesotra transformer stations. They are being relaid due to the Norwegian public roads administration's plans for a new Sotra connection between Bergen and Fjell municipalities and the need to free-up areas for the new road.
The existing aerial lines will therefore be replaced. The cables shall go in a tunnel and in cable racks under the existing bridge over the fjord.
This contract mainly consists of the construction of 2 cable tunnels with shafts and otherwise as specified in the tender documentation, chapter D.

This contract mainly consists of the construction of two cable tunnels with shafts and otherwise on the stretch Breivik — Litlesotra.

The work will primarily include the following disciplines:
Tunnel Breivik — Drotningsvik approx. 1.5 km and tunnel Knarrevik-Litlesotra approx. 1.9 km.

— Securing bolts.
— Shotcrete.
— Water and frost protective membrane.
— Portal.
— Concrete.
— Core boring.
— Shaft.
— Pump station.
— Shotcrete arches (as needed).

Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Company registration certificate foreign tenderers shall instead submit equivalent certificates as prescribed in the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers shall have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and shall fulfil the following requirements:

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works:
1: Main disciplines included in the assignment: Construction of tunnels with a tunnel profile of almost T5.5.
2: The following sub-assignments are of significant importance for the contract work:
Shafts.
Submarine tunnel.
Electro and SRO.
Concrete works.
Injection.
NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised.
Implementation ability, i.e. manpower and capacity, as well as competence and experience of the key personnel will be assessed. See the tender documentation for further information.
HSE: Tenderers must have a system for proactive compliance of health, safety and the working environment. The H1-value must be documented.
Documentation requirement: Reference list, description of workforce, manpower for the contract, organisation plan, CVs, etc.
