Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to execute the contract.
Documentation requirement:
Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service.

The Contracting Authority can obtain further documentation and assessments on the company´s financial situation and use this in the qualification evaluation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have experience with adequate implementation of equivalent assignments in regards to size and complexity.
Documentation Requirement: A list of the most relevant assignments carried out during the last 5 years. The list shall contain information about the scope and value of the contract, including reference persons with contact information (name, telephone no. and e-mail address). The tenderer is responsible for substantiating the relevance through a description. The listed references can be contacted.

The procurement is for the main contract Kvassnesvegen, which is work that is included in the cooperation between Lindås Municipality and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration for the development of public infrastructure in the centre of Knarvik. This contest is for the first of a total of 3 contracts. The contract is for the alteration/lowering of the existing Kvassnesvegen, with adaptations to the side terrain/roads, as well as technical infrastructure such as water, sewage and surface water pipelines and cable ditches. In addition the contract includes moving the existing public transport terminal in Kvassnesvegen to a temporary location along the E39 in front of the shopping centre, and the establishment of a temporary roundabout. The project is located in the centre of Knarvik in Lindås Municipality, Hordaland County. The site area is in/along Kvassnesvegen on the south side of the E39.
