OsloMet need to procure simultaneous interpretation cabinets and simultaneous interpretation equipment, with the accompanying compatible software for teaching purposes as well as conferences arranged by OsloMet.
A total of 10 simultaneous interpretation cabinets will be procured, with room for 2 persons in each, as well as simultaneous interpretation equipment and software.
The total value of the procurement is estimated to be between 1 100 000 NOK and 1 600 000 NOK excluding VAT.
The project has a maximum nominal value budget of 1 600 000 NOK excluding VAT and the project has only been granted budget resources to procure the above-mentioned equipment this year. OsloMet reserves the right to cancel the contract for an order formally sent via the ordering system.

Qualification requirement #1:
The tenderer must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement #1:
— Norwegian Tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign Tenderers: Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Qualification requirement #2:
Tenderers must have met their obligations with regard to the payment of taxes and employer's contributions.
Documentation requirement #2:
— Certificate from the tax collector (RF-1316).
— The certificate must not be more than 6 months old at the time of the deadline for submission of tender offers. Any arrears and other notes must be explained.
— Foreign companies must submit equivalent certificates demonstrating that they have their tax a duty payments in order.

— the economic and financial position must be documented by a credit rating of the company that is not older than 6 months,

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification requirement #1:
Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement #1:
A short, general description of the company shall be given, including:
— an account of the company’s business concept and core competencies related to the scope of the delivery,
— an overview of the company’s history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business activities,
— a description of how the tenderer is organised for the execution of this contract, including a list of personnel that the tenderer can use to fulfil the contract as requested,
— Tenderers can choose to rely on other companies’ capacity to fulfil the technical and professional qualification requirements, or to strengthen their technical and professional qualifications. Tenderers must, in such an event, document the resources of the companies on which he will rely and prove that he will have the requisite resources from these companies at his disposal during the contract period, by, for example presenting a declaration of commitment (use annex 2 Commitment Statement in the tender documentation), guarantee, co-operation agreement or similar. This applies regardless of the legal nature of the connection between the companies, i.e. that the supporting companies can either be the tenderer's parent company, another company in the same group, a collaborating partner etc.
