Oslo city casualty clinic will have a basal area of approx. 5 200 m with 2 wings of respectively 5 and 3 floors with common ground and first floor and basement. The total gross floor area is 25 000 m. In connection to the Oslo city casualty clinic, an underground parking facility shall be built with space for 200 cars and direct access to the central areas in the building. Gross floor area is approx. 7 000 m. To ensure good solutions, satisfied users and the best possible utilisation of competence, the Contracting Authority wants to further develop a started preliminary project in cooperation with the contractor. This phase shall try to optimise the project as regards quality, solutions and cost. By the end of the interaction phase, the parties will be in agreement on completion deadline and fixed price for the execution phase. The implementation phase will be regulated as a general turnkey contract.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company:

— cooperation or interaction between contractors, builder and engineering designers,
— larger turnkey contracts with technically complex construction.
Documentation requirement:
An Overview of the tenderer's most important, relevant deliveries during the last five years. The overview shall state:
— a brief description of the assignment / delivery,
— value of the assignment / delivery,
— contract type,
— time and location of the assignment / delivery,
— attestation from the builder, showing satisfactory performance for the primary works in the reference project,
— contact person (reference) at the recipient of the assignment / delivery with email address and telephone number.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact the listed references.
A maximum of 5 reference projects shall be provided.
Environmental ambitions for the reference projects are also to be given.
Descriptions of projects is to be given by completing Annex V.2 “Template for Project Overview”.

The tenderer shall have a quality management system that meets the quality management standard ISO 9001 or equivalent.
The tenderer shall enclose certificates of the company's quality management system issued by independent bodies, confirming that the tenderer meets specific quality assurance standards such as e.g. ISO 9001.
