Requirement:
The tenderer shall have experience from assignments of a relevant nature, complexity and scope.
The assessment will, amongst other things, but not exhaustively, emphasise experience from:
— erection of buildings with high energy and environmental ambitions,
— cooperation or interaction between contractors, builder and engineering designers,
— major turnkey contracts,
— projects with comprehensive ground work, including sheet piling, piling, foundations and removal of matter.
Documentation:
An overview of the tenderer's most important, relevant deliveries during the last 5 years. The overview shall state:
— a brief description of the assignment/delivery,
— value of the assignment/delivery,
— contract type,
— date and location of the assignment/delivery,
— attestation from the builder, showing satisfactory execution for the primary work in the reference project,
— contact person (reference) at the recipient of the assignment/delivery, with an email address and telephone number,
— energy and environmental ambitions in the project.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact the listed references.
A maximum of 5 reference projects are to be provided.
