AtB AS

AtB would like to enter into a contract with a security guard company for the procurement of both civil and uniformed ticket inspection services for mobility services that are run on a contract for AtB, including buses, fast boats and ferries. AtB also has a need, at times, for services that fall outside ticket inspections, and would also like to procure additional deliveries of objective inspections (quality inspections), passenger counts, as well as security guard and security services for passenger and driver safety on board means of transport and at stops and terminals.
The procurement consists of 2 sub-contracts:
1) Region North,
2) Region South.
The contract(s) will be signed for a period of 3 years, with a unilateral option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for up to 1+1+1 year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax certificate: tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: a tax certificate, not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.
Foreign tenderers.
Tenderers must submit certificates issued by competent authorities, confirming that the tenderer has met their obligations in regard to the payment of taxes and duties in accordance with the legal provisions in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate(s) shall not be older than 6 months, calculated from the tender deadline.
