The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for;
— Services connected to the inspection and improvement of fire alarm installations, emergency lighting installations and gas extinguishing installations in the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency Western Region,
— To maintain the safety level of the fire extinguishing installations, emergency lighting installations and gas extinguishing installations. Based on experience, the turnover under this framework agreement is expected to be more than 5-6 million NOK for the entire contract period. The turnover can vary considerably from year to year, however, based both on need and maintenance budgets. The turnover figure is, therefore, only an estimate that is not binding for the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, neither can it be asserted as a basis for a remuneration adjustment or other financial compensation.

The contract owner of the framework agreement concept will be the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, Property Management, c/o REVE. Administration of the contract will be through the procurements department.
All departments included in the Norwegian Defence Estate Agency's organisation can use the agreement within given geographical areas.
The framework agreement can also be used by the entire Norwegian armed forces, i.e. all departments that are included in or under the Royal Ministry of Defence, and which manage and operate their own buildings in the stated geographical areas.
The tender prices are to be based on geographical locations and neighbouring areas as mentioned in point.
The procurement is divided into and includes several competition areas where tenderers can submit independent tenders, a total of 2 contract areas.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 5 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement will be valid for two (2) calendar years after the start of the agreements, with the possibility of extension for up to (1) one year plus (1) one year, for a maximum total of (4) four years.
