Route area 1:
Innherred with the municipalities of Steinkjer, Verran, Verdal, Inderøy, Levanger, Frosta and parts of Indre Fosen.
Route Area 2:
Indre Namdal with the municipalities of Høylandet, Namsskogan, Røyrvik, Grong, Snåsa and Lierne.
Route Area 3:
Ytre Namdal with the municipalities of Leka, Vikna, Nærøy, Fosnes, Namsos, Flatanger, Overhalla and Namdalseid.
Route Area 4:
Stjørdal and Meråker.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
There can be a need during the contract period for the Contracting Authority to test alternative pilot schemes connected to these types of transport. The Contracting Authority will come back with further information if the option is taken up. The Contracting Authority will give written notification if this option is to be taken up within a reasonable time before the start-up of the option. Any costs connected to the implementation of the pilot schemes will be met by the Contracting Authority and dealt with as an Amendment, see the Contract, Point 3.

Tax Certificate:
Tenderers must have their tax, employer's National Insurance contributions and value-added tax payments in order.
Documentation:
Tax certificate, not older than 6 months, calculated from the tender deadline.
Foreign tenderers:
The tenderer shall submit certificates issued by competent authorities, confirming that the tenderers have met their obligations in regard to the payment of taxes and duties in accordance with the legal provisions in the countries where the tenderers are established. The certificate(s) shall not be older than 6 months, calculated from the tender deadline.

Organisational and legal position:
Tenderers must fulfil the terms for performing passenger transport in accordance with the Professional Transport Regulations dated 26.3.2003 No. 401.
Tenderers must deliver one of the following forms of documentation.
Copy of permits.
NB: If submitting a taxi permit, confirmation is required from Trøndelag fylkeskommune that the permits can be used in the areas they offer. If it is not possible to acquire such confirmation within the deadline, a signed self-declaration is sufficient as preliminary documentation.
