A contract on HVAC and sanitary installation works shall be entered into in connection with the construction of new sheltered accommodation flats in Sund Municipality. The contract involves a new building containing 20 sheltered accommodation flats with accompanying communal functions. The flats shall be divided in 2 floors living wings with an intermediate shared building containing living rooms and a kitchen as well as a basement with technical rooms and an area for sheds. The total area of the building is approx. 2 100 m. The building shall be built into Sundheimen with a glass corridor.
