Requirement:
The tenderer shall have satisfactory technical and professional qualifications to implement the contract.

1) Competence:
The tenderer shall prepare a description of the tenderer’s organisation and competence matrix for each of the individual areas of responsibility/professional areas.
2) Experience from similar assignments.
Tenderers must provide the most relevant assignments from the last 5 years, including their values, time frames and recipients. It shall specifically describe:
— which projects the tenderer may have both developed and is the long-term operator of,
— which similar projects may have been implemented.
The name and email address of a reference person at the recipient must be provided for each of these projects, including tenants. It may be necessary for the contracting authority to contact the reference persons provided.
A good, efficient quality assurance system is required.
— A statement of the service provider's quality assurance/ management system to ensure that the assignment is carried out in a most efficient and purposeful manner, including systems to ensure protection of interdisciplinary environment and climate requirements.
