The Agency for Urban Environment needs 6 developers, of which 2 are front-end developers, 3 are back-end developers and one is a tech-lead / back-end developer.
The Agency for Urban Environment is responsible for the planning, development, management and operation of municipal urban spaces in Oslo. The urban spaces include common areas such as roads and streets, squares, meeting places, parks and recreational areas.
A solution is to be developed for the Agency of Urban Environment's Mobility Division, which is to solve some of the current challenges connected to the follow-up of work carried out by contractors, order overviews as regards available resources and overviews of delivery deviations. The project will, to a large degree, involve further development in the existing Town Notification.

Requirement:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company documentation requirement:
— norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate,
— foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to provide assistance under the contract.
Documentation requirement:
— credit evaluation / rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.

The Agency for Urban Environment is cancelling the tender contest 88-BYM-2018 Hire of development consultants for Town Notification — Contractor Checks. The contracting authority can cancel a tender contest when justifiable basis is present. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4. The cancellation of the tender contest is justified due to changed assumptions in relation to lacking budgetary coverage for the contract. The Agency for Urban Environment must therefore cancel the contest. The tender contest will not be re-published.
