Requirement 1:
Tenderer shall substantiate that the enterprise is legally established.
Documentation requirement 1:
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in professional registry as determined by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
The certificate should not be more than 12 months old from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Requirement 2:
Tenderer shall have broad coverage throughout the country.
Documentation requirement 2:
Tender shall fill in the number of offices in the police districts, ref. Annex D — the Tenderer’s geographic location.

Tenderers shall complete Annex C — Reference List. All points in the reference list shall be completed with genuine information. “Informed upon request” shall not be used. Three relevant reference assignments shall be filled in, and the references shall not be more than 5 years old. References will be contacted if necessary.

Tenderers shall document their system for quality assurance/control.
Certificate for the company's quality assurance/quality management system, issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer meets quality assurance standards in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent, or
A description that, as a minimum, covers the company´s procedures/routines for:
— Dealing with deviations and claims,
— Approval of sub-suppliers,
— The process from the receiving and registration of orders until delivery to the customer.
Documentation requirement 6.
Tenderers shall enclose documentation on their environmental management system.
— Valid attestations/certificates issued by independent bodies (e.g. ISO 14001, Eco Lighthouse or equivalent), or
— A description of the tenderer´s own environment management system.
