Vestby kommune

Vestby Municipality would like to procure a general platform for welfare technology, with welfare technological units that function together on the platform, and patient signalling with the accompanying alarms, sensors and services.
A procurement contract will be signed with an accompanying maintenance/operational contract for:
— a platform with a response system,
— equipment that provides patient signalling and telephony in Vestby nursing home in 1 location.
A Framework Agreement will be signed for the procurement of welfare technological units that function together on the platform. These must cover safety, both inside and outside across different forms of residences. This includes stationary and mobile digital safety alarms.
The Framework Agreement must include safety-inducing technology and services for persons living at home in the municipality.
Tenderers who cannot cover all the aspects in the notice, but who would like to participate in the competition, are encouraged to cooperate with other actors for an overall tender. The Contracting Authority would like 1 contract partner.

Experience from previous deliveries of welfare technology platforms and patient signalling systems in nursing homes. Tenderers who have experience from one of the fields, but who can document a binding cooperation with a partner that completes the requirements, will be accepted.

Tenderers must submit documentation of the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tax certificate showing tax, payroll tax and VAT payments.
Rating AA, or documentation that provides sufficient confidence for the contracting authority of the implementation ability.
It is the tenderer's responsibility to document, and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to evaluate this independently.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Experience from minimum 3 relevant assignments. It is acceptable if there is documentation that employees have satisfactory experience even if the tenderer does not have it himself.
