Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be registered in an enterprise register or trade register in the state the supplier is established.
— Norwegian companies: Company certificate.
— Foreign companies: Documentation of registration in trade registers or business registers in accordance with the law of the country in which the supplier is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to execute the contract.
The tenderer must at least be creditworthy without collateral requirements.
— Credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures (2016).
The rating shall be carried out by credit information agencies that have a license to conduct such business.
— The Client reserves the right to self-assess a credit rating. Financial strength is assessed in relation to revenue, profitability, equity and liquidity.
— In case of doubt if the supplier fulfills the requirement, the client will be able to require further documentation of the financial capacity.

— as a design and build contractor,
— with contract value above NOK 40 000 000,
— and with good results and 2 other projects:
— with contract value above NOK 25 000 000.
