Purchase of additional products.
The scope of the options is limited to up to 5 % of the agreement’s total scope without options. The options can be removed until one year after signing the agreement.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian tenderers shall submit a VAT certificate and a tax certificate upon request. This only applies if the chosen tenderer is Norwegian. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. In the case of building and construction contracts, sub-contractors shall also deliver a tax certificate.

The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
The requirement shall be documented as follows:
— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,
— Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
A credit assessment that is not more than 6 months old from the tender deadline, from an approved credit rating institution. The credit rating must contain key figures from the company's last 2 financial years.

The tenderer can instead choose to attach annual accounts from the last 2 years. These must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the framework agreement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Description of the tenderer's available capacity for the execution of assignments.
The description shall include an overview of staffing and production and ordering logistics.
A list with an overview of equivalent assignments during the previous 3 years. The list shall as a minimum contain:
— client name,
— contract value and scope,
— date of the delivery,
— a brief description of the delivery.
Description of methods and procedures for quality assurance. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 within the service area, or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to submit a copy of a valid certificate to document fulfilment of the requirement.

Description of the environmental management system. If the tenderer is certified according to ISO 14001, Environmental Tower or equivalent third party verified systems it will be satisfactory to present a copy of a valid certificate.
Description of procedures for socially responsible production in own organisation and in the supplier chain.

The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity to complete the agreement.
Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent deliveries.
The tenderer shall have satisfactory and well functioning routines and methods for quality assurance of products and delivery.
The tenderer shall have a well functioning environmental management system.
The tenderer shall have satisfactory routines for socially responsible production in their own organisation and in their supplier chain.
