The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for service assignments and trade services for small and large assignments in our churches and other properties. The framework agreement can be used by several relevant sections at the Church Warden and the Cemeteries and Burials Agency for various assignments. The framework agreement will be signed with 3 tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. The tenderer can have coordination and follow-up responsibilities with and for other trades. The trade for this procurement is as follows: painting work.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Norwegian companies: company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information (annual financial statements including notes, the board´s annual reports and the auditor´s reports, as well as recent information of relevance for the company´s fiscal figures).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Good experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries is required. This means assignments of corresponding nature, complexity, degree of difficulty and scope.
Sufficient capacity and suitable manpower to execute the contract.
Tenderers must have a well-functioning quality assurance system.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Overview of the tenderer's most important relevant contracts in the last 3 years, including information on the type of project, the role in the reference project, the project´s value, date, recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references.

An overview shall be given of the disciplines the tenderer himself has employees for and a statement about the proportion of the use of sub-contractors expected to be engaged in the contract.
An overview of the tenderer's competence matrix for other employees, where information about disciplines and competence levels (skilled/unskilled workers) shall be given. NB that individual person's CV's are not supplies for USCIS in this email.
The tenderer can use sub providers to fulfil this qualification requirement, but there shall be a maximum of 1 link down in the chain. The provider must have permanent employees for the requested discipline.
Certificate of the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies, which confirms that the tenderer complies with certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO certification. The contracting authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures.
