The contracting authority wish tender on the delivery of ventilation works in the contracting authority’s buildings.
The agreement(s) have an estimated value of approximately 4 - 6 000 000 NOK per year based on historical figures. The value will however vary greatly from 1 year to another based on the contracting authority`s financial situation and maintenance priorities. Based on historical figures, the major part of the call offs will be done in Bergen and surrounding areas.
The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the contracts do not involve any obligation to buy for the contracting authority. The contracting authority can purchase the same type of services from other suppliers when the contracting authority finds this favorable.

Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Documentation: Norwegian tenderers must present a Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers can present confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: Tenderers shall have the sufficient financial strength to fulfill the contract.

Documentation: The tenderers auditor approved financial statements for the last 3 years including notes and the auditors report.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: The tenderers shall have experience from similar assignments.

Documentation: The tenderers shall deliver a list of the five most relevant assignments from the last 3 years. The description shall contain:

Short description of the assignment.

Time when the assignment has been performed.

The size of the assignment in amounts.

Name and phone number to contact person.
