Oslo kommune v/ Renovasjonsetaten

Renovasjonsetaten (REN) needs to enter into a Framework Agreement for the procurement of tyres, accessories and services for passenger cars, goods vans, lorries and site machines. Requirement I:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement I:
Tenderers must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment / contract.
Documentation requirement:
The company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.
The Contracting Authority retains the right to obtain a credit rating from Bisnode Credit, which will be used as a basis in the evaluation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement I:
Tenderers must have experience from similar contracts.
Documentation requirement:
Overview of the most important assignments that the tenderer has carried out in the last 3 years, including information on the contract´s value, date of execution and the name of the recipient / Contracting Authority.
Requirement II:
Tenderers shall have good implementation ability.
A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administration in the last 3 years.
Requirement III:
A good and well-functioning management system is required for quality and environmental management for the services that shall be provided.
Documentation on the tenderer’s quality assurance and environmental management systems. If possible, attach a copy of applicable ISO certificate (ISO 9001/14001).
