The competition concerns framework agreements for the hire of temporary nursing and care staff for the municipalities.
The competition applies to the following job categories:
— authorised nurses,
— authorised disability nurses,
— authorised auxiliary nurses / healthcare workers,
— medical students (completed 4 study year).
The municipalities (hereafter called the Contracting Authority)plans to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to ten service providers. This is to ensure delivery in a critical sector.
The aim of the procurement is to ensure access to qualified labour for short term requirements. The hire of temporary staff also applies to long-term temporary staff requirements. E.g. long-term temporary positions within a defined period where it is challenging to recruit qualified personnel. The framework agreement will comprise the delivery of personnel to various entities in the named municipalities. Continuous orders during the agreement period shall be carried out by each individual unit.
