Drammensregionen IKT

Drammensregionen IKT (D-IKT), henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, shall enter into a Framework Agreement for the procurement of Software licences (Licences), Licence administration, Computer room equipment and Technical consultancy services. The Framework Agreement shall not include the municipalities' requirements for professional related applications (municipal case processing systems).
The Contracting Authority shall have one contracting party. However, use of sub-suppliers will be allowed.
The future model for providing services for the ICT area will be evaluated during the agreement period and may have consequences for the scope of the contract.

Kort beskrivelse:
The Contracting Authority has the following performance goals for the contract:
— the administration of licences shall require few HR,
— the municipalities shall be optimally licenced,
— the provider shall ensure a good result in connection with any licence audit,
— reports for use of licences are to be provided with requested level and frequency,
— the ICT area shall have access to market leading technical consultants,
— the equipment in the computer room shall have high standard.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 75 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: The contract can be extended for 1 year + 1 year.
