Oslo kommune v/ Boligbygg Oslo KF

The agreement comprises all necessary disciplines for preparation of a complete cost calculation and LCC-calculation for rehabilitation projects and new construction in the phases which are part of Oslo kommune’s investment process: Concept Evaluation Review to KS1, Preliminary Project to KS2, Detailed Engineering Design to contracting and implementation, completion and the operational phase. There is also a need to have calculations carried out for self-initiated projects. In each project, it will be agreed if both the cost calculation and LCC calculation shall be performed.
