Framework agreement legal services

Sunnhordland Interkommunale Innkjøpsforum

Sunnhordland intermunicipal procurement forum, on behalf of Bømlo, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Stord and Tysnes municipalities, intends to enter into a framework agreement on legal services. The contracting authority has to a varying degree requirements for legal services in connection with the municipalities assignments/work. Some legal assistance services are covered by the contracting authority's internal HR or through membership in the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (Norwegian: KS). For legal services related to labour legislation the municipalities mainly use the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS). The other legal areas will for the most part require external legal assistance in connection with e.g. lacking HR or competence. Council solicitors are not employed by the municipalities.
This is a new notice without changes after the previous competition was cancelled.
