Kort beskrivelse:

Norske tog AS, hereafter also called the Contracting Authority, hereby invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure in connection with the procurement of a framework agreement for legal consultancy services.

Norske tog AS is a state owned limited company and as a consequence of the railway reform, was separated from the NSB Group as of April 2017.

The contracting authority has their own legal department consisting of 2 man-labour years, with enough work for a further 1 man-labour year. The department contributes to the organisation by assisting with all legal questions. The department needs to purchase legal services for circumstances where relief is needed due to a high workload, or when it is necessary to have legal consultancy services outside of the department’s core competence. The contracting authority therefore wants to enter into a framework agreement with one full service law firm that has a focus on high quality and a quick response time for their deliveries.

The contracting authority has many exciting assignments in the coming years, i.a. Large modifications to the existing train material and procurement of new train material. Beyond this, the consultancy services will be varied and defined by the need that arises in the organisation at any given time.

There is a need for legal competence in the following disciplines (the list is not exhaustive):

The agreement has a duration of 4 years + 1 year + 1 year.
