Avinor Flysikring AS

The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority has quick and qualitatively good access to all the legal services that the Contracting Authority requires at any one time. This will mainly be within the following legal areas:
— contract law,
— public procurements, particularly ICT procurements,
— ICT law and cloud based services,
— EU/EEA law,
— compliance,
— property law,
— aviation law,
— personal protection/GDPR,
— company law,
— company transactions (M and A).
Labour law and financial services are also covered by the contract, but as an option.
The framework agreement will determine the terms for the Contracting Authority´s procurement of lawyer services from the tenderer in the contract period.
