The service includes an energy service and technical services for the maintenance and repair of ventilation installations. As well as improvements /alterations on /in municipal buildings /installations. Approx. 90 ventilation installations shall have an annual services and most of these shall also have straps replaced.
Energy assessments in accordance with the energy marking regulations, normally every 4th year. The energy assessment will probably be carried out in May 2018, so that the next energy assessment will be in 2022 (i.e. in the last option year). Further specifications are in the price and installation overview in annex 1. Service assignments after the annual service and otherwise as required /ordered.
