Framework Agreement for Value Stream Monitoring

The Norwegian Tax Authority is working on defining clear value streams, in order to enable, amongst other things, better value stream monitoring. The working hypothesis is that these at the top level can be divided into Taxes, Duties, Collection and Registers. We are also working with a generic value chain that applies within most value streams. The generic value chain consists of the function areas of collection, stipulation/calculation, collection and distribution.
For example, within the value stream personal tax, we have sub-processes such as advance payments, basic data, tax reports and tax settlements.
In this Framework Agreement, the authority will be able to make call-offs for software tools and additional services that can be used by all value streams and sub-processes.
