Bardu kommune

Bardu Municipality would like tenders for travel agency services. Tenders must include all types of travel services, with an emphasis on flights and hotels. Our aim is that all employees will book their journeys in a portal, possibly by email/telephone to the travel agent. Invoices are, as a main rule, to be sent to Bardu Municipality.
As the municipality does not have any good statistics on volume, it is difficult to estimate this. The total turnover on journeys is estimated to be more than 500 000 NOK per annum.
The contract will be signed with the tenderer who has the best relationship between price and fulfilment of the requirement specifications. Price will be weighted with 70 % and the requirement specifications with 30 %.

The contracting authority would like booking systems that, in a simple and efficient way, ensure access to current and future framework agreements and discount agreements with the travel and overnight stay supplier. The booking systems must also give access to general market places for travel bookings, when the our own contracts do not meet the needs.

The contracting authority must have the option to use the tenderer´s contracts with suppliers when the contracting authority does not have separate contracts that meet the need.
An important part of the contract will be statistics and reports of the contracting authority´s journeys.
The booking system must be designed so that procurements of journeys and overnight stays are made in accordance with the contracting authority´s
Travel policy.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tax certificate
Norwegian tenderers shall submit a VAT certificate and a tax certificate upon request. This only applies if the chosen tenderer is Norwegian.
The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or a tender.
Registered in a trade register or company register.
Tenderers are to be registered in a company register or a trade register in the member country where the tenderer is established.

Experience
Tenderers must have delivered comparable services in the company market in the last three years. A reference list must be attached of relevant deliveries, where the tenderer has delivered comparable services. Information must be given on which services were provided and on the contracting authority and contact persons/references at them.
