Sunnhordland Interkommunale Innkjøpsforum would like to enter into a Framework Agreement for the provision of valuation services for property tax, on behalf of Stord municipality. The assignment includes the valuation of new buildings/changes to the basis for property tax, based on the land register/building applications. The assignment involves execution and registration in KomTek, site inspections and work involved in valuations, in accordance with the law and regulations in the Property Tax Act. The procurement procedure is an open tender contest, cf. the Public Procurements Act (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA).
