Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Education, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of swimming instructors for courses in holidays and after teaching times and for the Summer School Oslo.
The aim of the procurement is to meet the need for qualified swimming instructors for swimming courses under the management of UDE. The swimming instructors must have very good competence within the discipline, so that they can both plan and carry out swimming lessons that give good results for the pupils in the target group.
The Contracting Authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers. The service's total value for the entire contract period is estimated to be approx. 10 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The estimated value is, however, subject to uncertainty. The value will depend on the Contracting Authority's need, which can vary.
