Framework agreement for the procurement of Microsoft licences and services

Salangen kommune

The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to establish a framework agreement with a tenderer who can take on a LSP role for Salangen municipality, which is the host municipality for the inter-municipal cooperation in ICT (Astafjord IKT). The cooperation covers Salangen, Lavangen and Gratangen municipalities. The tenderer must be able to assist with the procurement of licences and services from Microsoft, as well as make choices regarding licence types and control counting, etc.
As the pattern of use varies in the municipalities, we would like a partner who can analyse the current use, as well as propose new good solutions for Microsoft licences and services. The tenderer is to negotiate prices with Microsoft on behalf of the contracting authority.

The tenderer shall have experience from comparable assignments.. Description of the tenderer´s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years.

The project description must include a specification of the project value, project length and state the Customer (name, phone and email.). The Contractor is responsible for documenting the projects’ relevance through their description. The Contractor may do this by including documentation on the skill or experience of the personnel that can be used for this project, including skills or experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.
