Kort beskrivelse:
Akershus and Buskerud Counties need to establish a Framework Agreement for the delivery of industrial, nutritional and medical gases for various parts of our operations. Industrial gases are mainly used in all the county's educational institutions, whilst the consumption of medical gases is related to the dental health service.

The existing Framework Agreements only cover the delivery of medical gases, this Framework Agreement will cover the counties' need in the contract period, which will be 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.
The procurement must, in addition to covering the continual need for gases, see to the service and maintenance of the county's gas installations, as well as training personnel in gas safety, handling and use.
— Buskerud County will join the contract on 2.10.2019. Total volume in the contract period: 2 3 000 000 NOK,
— Østfold County has an option to join, see the terms in the requirement specifications: total potential volume in the contract period: 2 100 000 NOK,
— Akershus County's total volume in the contract period: 2 700 000 NOK.
The potential maximum volume in the contract is estimated to: 7,1 NOK if the options are taken up.
The volume for Buskerud is calculated from the commencement date.
The volume for Østfold is calculated on the basis of the possible contract value.
Volume per annum:
— Akershus County: FY2017 — 675 822 NOK,
— Østfold County: FY2017 — 700 000 NOK,
— Buskerud County: FY2017 — 588 059 NOK.

Attention is drawn to the following conditions:
The volume for Viken County is only given as part of the contract value in the notice, and is not specified in a separate line in the price sheet. Note that the volume is only an estimate, and is, thus, not binding. The consumption will vary in the contract period.
