The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers shall not have considerable tax and VAT arrears unless an approved repayment schedule is presented.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

As documented, the contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. The tenderer is expected to have familiarised himself with registered information about the company and by submission of the tender accepts that the information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the tenderer's financial situation.

Tenderers can enclose an updated credit rating from a certified credit rating company, which shows that the tenderer fulfills the economic and financial capacity requirements. The credit rating shall be based on the last available accounting figures. Companies registered in other countries than Norway must enclose a credit rating.

If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why he cannot present the requested documentation or is aware that the economic and financial capacity requirements cannot be met through a credit rating as stated above, he can prove his economic and financial standing through other documents that the contracting authority can accept.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers shall have their financial conditions in order and have the financial capacity to fulfill the contract and shall as a minimum achieve a rating of creditworthy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall document their total capacity as well as the capacity that will be relevant and available for this contract.

Documentation:

— the tenderer shall enclose certificates for the company's quality assurance system/quality management system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer meets approved quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001:2008 or the equivalent.

— the Contracting Authority also accepts other documentation that demonstrates that the tenderer has a well functioning system for ensuring quality customized to the nature and scope of the assignment. As a minimum, the tenderer must present a general description of the contents of the system including an overview of control plans and check-lists that are relevant for this assignment.

The contracting authority requires that tenderers have sufficient capacity and ability to fulfill the contract.

The contracting authority requires tenderers to have a well-functioning system for ensuring quality customized to the assignment´s nature and scope.
