The Contracting Authority for the procurement is Sunnhordland interkommunale innkjøpsforum [Inter municipal Procurement Forum], on behalf of Stord, Bømlo, Tysnes and Fitjar kommune [municipality]. Kvinnherad kommune [municipality] wants an option to join the contract in 2020 when their current contracts expire. Tenderers who want to deliver tender offers to Kvinnherad municipality must stand by their tender offer throughout the contract period. The Contracting Authority wants to use this competition to enter into Framework Agreements for consulting engineer services (preliminary project, preparation of Requirement Specifications, detailed engineering design, general consultancy services and preparation of technical plans) within the disciplines of RIB, RIV and RIE. The Framework Agreements established through this tender competition can be utilised by all departments, units, businesses, agencies, municipal companies and all wholly owned municipal companies in the above named municipalities. The contracts should and may be used in the interaction project where the municipalities participated with other Contracting Authorities, regardless of whether the municipalities are party to a contract.
