Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the financial ability to carry out the contract. Tenderers shall not have significant tax or VAT arrears. If a tenderer has tax or VAT arrears, an approved repayment plan must exist. See the documentation proof requirements in the attached Tender documentation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A) The company´s implementation ability and certifications.
A very good implementation ability and considerable experience from assignments of an equivalent extent, complexity and value are required.
Equivalent extent and complexity means assignments that include:
— Roads, outside areas and landscape design,
— Construction safety for bridge construction,
— Geotechnics,
— Water supply and sewage installations,
— Engineering design services for buildings, with all the required disciplines.
Equivalent value means projects with a contract value for engineering design services greater than 1 200 000 NOK.
The assignment requires the right to be responsible as the responsible engineering designer in accordance with the Planning and Building Act, cf.
Personal experience and competence.
Tenderers must have the necessary capacity and expertise to meet the needs associated with implementation of the assignment.
The assignment manager within each discipline must have at least 10 years relevant work experience in their profession, with at least 5 years as an assignment manager. The assignment manager must have experience as an assignment manager from assignments with an equivalent extent, complexity and value.

Tenderers must offer an internal inspector within all disciplines, who must have at least 5 years relevant work experience in their respective profession, with at least 2 years as an internal inspector. The internal inspector shall have experience with internal inspections from assignments with an equivalent extent, complexity and value.

Equivalent extent and complexity means assignments that include the following (requirement list):
— Water and sewage
— Roads and bridge construction
— Landscape
— Clarification with the Norwegian Public roads administration and the Directorate of public roads.
— Clarification with the County.
Equivalent value means assignments with a contract value within engineering design services of minimum 1 000 000 NOK.
The planners must have at least 2 years relevant work experience in their respective professions and must have worked on relevant assignments for the project in the last year.
— Tenderers must have a well-functioning quality assurance system suited to the content of the contract.
