Riksantikvaren

The Directorate for Cultural Heritage is responsible for preserving national important cultural memorials, including listed buildings and listed churches. These buildings have a lot of valuable art an interior and the owners do not have the required order competence to order services for taking care of the valuables. As the contracting authority, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage an assist the owners in ordering preservation services. The framework agreement comprises 2 parts, for which tender offers can be submitted for one or both parts:
Part A. Preservation of art, objects and interior in churches. The selection is made from all the art, objects and interior in automatically listed churches, as well as objects from the middle ages in newer churches. The assignments are to be carried out in the church or in conservation studios.
Part B: Distempered décor in churches older than 1850. The projects that are ordered will be in both heated and non-heated rooms and in buildings nationwide.

Preservation of art and interior from Norwegian churches, as well as advice and condition assessments connected to the assignments. Assignments will be selected from the condition register and objects in a bad condition will be prioritised. The preservation will concentrate on cleaning and fixing loose layers of paint. The objects will mainly be painted wood, canvas paintings, metal objects and some composite objects.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Liste og kort beskrivelse av regler og kriterier:
The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established. A tax certificate, company registration certificate and a credit rating must be submitted. Tenderers must have sufficient experience from similar assignments, access to the necessary equipment and sufficient qualified staff. The contract requires access to conservation studios and secure transport for sub-contract A. See the tender documentation for a further specification of the qualification requirements.

Henvisning til relevante bestemmelser i lover og andre forskrifter:
Tenderers must have relevant experience from similar assignments and have access to personnel with education within painting preservation and object preservation from a certified institution connected to EnCORE or equivalent.
Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to provide up to 4000 hours per annum for subcontract A and 1000 hours per annum for subcontract B.
