The primary objective of this agreement is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of plumber services for small investment projects and general operational assignments.
We have assess the value of this purchase over a 4 years period of approx. NOK 5 000 000- It is important to note the quantity of this agreement will vary depending on the level of activity in the period.
The value of the agreement is estimated, and it is difficult to provide an exact amount.
Large construction projects will be published as turnkey contracts or individual tenders.
Three tenderers will be selected for this framework agreement. nº 1 will be the primary service provider. nº 2, and nº 3 will be contacted if nº 1 does not have the capacity to take on the assignment.

Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation.
Company registration certificate.
Documentation of liability insurance.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment /contract.
The tenderer shall be creditworthy.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The company's most recent last annual accounts and auditor's reports, or other information of relevance to the activities.
Credit evaluation /rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. A credit rating shall be conducted by an officially approved credit-rating institution.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience from equivalent assignments.
Documentation demonstrating that the tenderer is an authorised plumbing business.
Documentation that the tenderer has central certification.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The company's most important deliveries (in the last 3 years) including value, time and recipient.
Copy of documentation demonstrating that the tenderer is authorised.
Tenderers shall list the area in which they have central certification, and which enterprise classification. Must be documented.
