The aim of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for pest control with the accompanying services within the Framework Agreement's delivery scope, with good quality and in a cost and resource efficient way. The pest control will be carried out as needed at the Contracting Authority's properties.
Pests can spread infection, pollute food and damage wood, insulation material and electrical installations, etc. Prevention is, therefore, important for both tenants and the Contracting Authority as the landlord. Signing a contract with a certified pest control company will contribute to qualitative management and required pest control in accordance with the requirements set by the health authorities. The need is a contract that covers pest control, so that this can be carried out at the Contracting Authority's properties.

Tenderers must have a satisfactory environmental management system suited to the content of the contract.
Tenderers must document their environmental performance/procedures within the themes of purchasing, energy, waste, transport and emissions.
