The contracting authority is Nye Veier AS ('Nye Veier'). The company has its main office in Kristiansand and has project offices located in Longum, Rugtvedt, Hamar, Trondheim, Kristiansand west and Stavanger.
The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for personnel and manpower services adapted to the contracting authority´s needs. The services are to be carried out in accordance with Norwegian laws, rules and standards.
A framework agreement will be signed for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year on unchanged terms for a total contract length of up to 4 years. The estimated scope is approx. 15 000 000 NOK - 20 000 000 NOK per year. This is only an estimate and is not binding on the Contracting Authority.
