Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Foreign companies: Registration certificate in a professional register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
As documentation, the contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian (the contracting authority subscribes to services from Experian).
The tenderer is expected to have familiarised himself with registered information about the company and by submission of the tender accepts that the information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the supplier's economic situation.

Alternatively, a tenderer can enclose a credit appraisal /rating with the tender from a certified credit rating company that shows that the tenderer has good credit worthiness. The credit assessment shall be based on the last available accounting figures.

If for valid reasons a tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer may prove his economic and financial standing with any other document that the contracting authority is able to accept.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer shall have settled financial conditions and the financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of credit worthy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
5.05.01 Capacity and implementation ability.
A description of the tenderer's technical personnel or technical units the tenderer has at his disposition to fulfill the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not, especially those responsible for the quality control.
A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last 3 years.
Names and CVs (certificate of education and vocational practice) for the persons who will be responsible for the execution of the contract, such as the tenderer´s project manager and foreman, c.f. point 8.04.6.
5.05.02 Experience
As documentation, tenderers shall submit a list of the most important, relevant assignments from the last 3 years, including specific information on:
— the assignment (brief description),
— value,
— date,
— name of customer.
Based on the list(s), the tenderer shall state names and e-mail addresses of contact persons for the 2 most relevant assignments. The references will only be contacted if required.
5.05.03 Quality system
As documentation, tenderers shall enclose certificates for the company's quality assurance system /quality management system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer meets recognised quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent.

The contracting authority also accepts other documentation that demonstrates that the tenderer has a well functioning system for ensuring quality customised to the nature and scope of the assignment. As a minimum,the tenderer must present a general description of the contents of the system including an overview of control plans and check-lists that are relevant for this assignment.

5.05.04 Registrations, certifications
As documentation, tenderers must attach documentation that the company is registered in the electrical company register.
Attach documentation of FG certification, or documentation of an equivalent level of competence. The type of competence must be stated.

5.05.01 The contracting authority requires tenderers to have sufficient capacity and ability to fulfil the contract.
5.05.02 Experience
The tenderer shall have experience with a minimum of 2 relevant assignments as described in this document, in regard to extent and complexity.
5.05.03 Quality system
The contracting authority requires tenderers to have a well-functioning system for ensuring quality customised to the assignment's nature and extent.
5.05.04 Registrations, certifications
Tenderers must be registered in accordance with the registration regulations.
Tenderers must be FG certified for the engineering/execution of fire alarm installations and burglary alarm installations.
