The procurement concerns the delivery of hotel rooms in Oslo and long term leasing of flats in Oslo. DNO&B has an estimated volume of hotel accommodations and long-term leasing of flats for approx. 20 million NOK in total, including options (I.e. for a 4-year contract period), of which approx. 5 million NOK concerns hotel accommodations and the remaining approx. 15 million NOK concerns flats.
